Hi user231885, I think it's using incorrect logic intentionally/jokingly. Technically the definition of "hypocrite" is doing something yourself that you criticize in others, so the writer is making a point about how straight people expect people of the opposite gender to find them attractive, even though they aren't attracted to people of their own gender. for example, a man isn't attracted to men but he expects women to be attracted to men, hence is a hypocrite.

This doesn't make any sense, can someone explain this quote to me? English is not my first language.
