Mechanical Keyboards in Schools\Offices

Has anyone ever had an issue taking a mechanical keyboard into an office\study room? I want to take my old ALPS White keyboard into school to use in Computer Science and Study periods, however I fear its too loud and people may complain. If you know of any ways I can quieten it down a bit also, please let me know!

(By the way, it's an old beige thing with the model of 'JKB-6151M' and I can find no info on it apart from under its caps there are White ALPS switches)
I use my ducky one tkl Cherry MX Blue, witch is clicky switch. But somehow my friend ok with it. Maybe you should bring it to your school once, and see your friend reaction.
And for reducing it sound, for cherry mx switch there are rubber (o-ring) https://images.bigc…

Do you think the blue switches are better than brown for typing?
