Try your best to make your accuracy 100%, and your typing speed will follow.

If you don't use touch typing(typing without looking at your keyboard - aka 10 finger typing), you probably need to take typing lessons to learn it. You will have to unlearn your current style of typing and learn it (it's a pain, but 100% worth it).
But if you already know touch typing, then you don't need any more typing lessons. All I can say is just practice. Try to overcome your previous top speed. Keep trying to maintain high accuracy, trust me you'll get to 100 wpm. After learning touch typing even I was stuck at 60-70 wpm for a long time, but over time I did make it to 100. It just takes time and regular practice.

Rightly said. There is no alternative of practicing regularly.

Yes! You need to take it to get better at typing without looking at the keyboard and to learn how to type faster...

Every time I try I always end up making a mistake on the last word. My typing is an average speed for normal people, but I just can't seem to get a lot of 100's!!

But, I believe if people try hard enough they can get 100's even 90's are fantastic, but you know what it is all in practice no matter how many mistakes you make, or if you get 90's every time you will be a great typer in the future because you are doing what is best... practicing!!
