A gorgeous profound quote. It made my day.

I think there are missing punctuation marks in this quote... It doesn't make sense that a well-known author would intentionally leave out punctuation when it was needed... Unless they were a poet. If I were to correct this quote it would read as such:

Hold fast to dreams; for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams; for when dreams go, life is a barren field, frozen with snow.

Just a thought...
