Looking for more of a challenge or something?

As a long time typist, and piano player, I have noticed small imbalances that don't really show a specific origin. My left hand has ended up more mobile/versatile from pressing the shift key and the right hand doesn't really use the pinky that much at all except for punctuation. Combine this with my left arm moving more lightly due to things like ragtime and now I feel inclined to supplement all these nerve connections with their opposites and the best way to do that is to turn the big picture backwards.
