Superior virtue has no intention to be virtuous and thus is virtue. Inferior virtue can't let go of virtuosity and thus is not virtue. So what we do just for the sake of being virtuous is not a virtue but something that we do unintentionally and out of emotions such as empathy, compassion, etc. is a virtue.
