The Government of Self and Others - Michel Foucault

This quote was added by this
The philosophical life is a manifestation of the truth. It is a testimony. Through the type of life one leads, the set of choices one makes, the things one renounces and those one accepts, how one dresses, and how one speaks, the philosophical life should be from start to finish the manifestation of this truth.

It's actually not grammatically correct either way. But if that's how the original text reads, I would be reluctant to change it as well.

Thank you for the review, though.

I would rather not second-guess the translator and editor. I believe that the quote is grammatically correct with either punctuation.

There are punctuation issues here. There should be a comma both before and after the words 'from start to finish'
