Usually I'm here when I aim to improve my typing speed when using capitalizations or punctuations. Otherwise, I'm mostly on monkeytype, enjoying or testing the sound of my keyboard after modding lol

I made my account in 8th grade and have been using it on and off ever since. My account details the progress I've made in terms of typing speed. That said, most of the typing practice I do nowadays is on MonkeyType, as I much prefer the more reasonable typo system they have. This website's useage of a really punishing system for typos is unrealistic when you consider the leeway something like Microsoft Word or Google Docs gives you. However, I do think it's nice to have a challenging typing test website. Many people who made accounts around the time I did are certainly gone, but know not everyone with an ancient account has left. There are literally dozens of us!

If you're curious how I do nowadays, I type ~180WPM on average on MonkeyType in quote mode. In terms of just words my 15 second PR is ~205WPM and my 30 second PR is around 185WPM. 60 second tests I'm still working on. I think I'm only around 175WPM for those. My fingers get cold fast, and I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Yeah, I just barely got on here recently. I usually default to doing typing tests when I hit a writes block, and I got bored with the usual sites I visit. Despite all that, I still struggle to type faster than 55ish wpm consistently lol.

I have used this site for years. It's my go-to procrastination thing for school work.

I'm here! I think this is my favourite typing site right now; I absolutely adore all the weird, whimsical, and wholesome quotes that y'all submitted!
I swear a lot of people just like typing random words (like the time 15 mode on Monkeytype), but to me that gets so boring after a while, and IMO it doesn't reflect your actual typing speed. I still like Monkeytype, but I virtually only use their quote mode.
And yes, like many others here, this is one of my go-to places for procrastinating hehe~

I've mainly switched to monkeytype because I think it's generally better and I really like the modularity, but I do come here sometimes to see the new quotes.

Someone has reomendations to improve in my WPM?

I am a little annoyed with the increased in ads and pop ups that literally sometimes interrupt the interface for typing or unfocus the browser, but I am still here.
